The following forms are necessary in order to be able to study at Uludağ University under Erasmus Program.

This form must have been filled out by the Erasmus coordinator and signed and stamped by the official representative of your institution prior to your exchange.

Without a bilateral agreement between the institutions you cannot make exchanges.

Learning Agreement documents the courses you will take under Erasmus program. These courses must be selected together with your coordinator. This document must be sent to us by your coordinator (or Erasmus Office) to be signed by regular mail.

After completing your education at Uludağ University, we provide you with a certificate of participation, transcript and the last version of the learning agreement should any changes have been made.
